imPhotoGraphics Design – Master Service Terms

These Master Service Terms govern all purchases, orders, deliveries, and services provided by imPhotoGraphics Design. By placing an order, submitting payment, approving a quote or proof, or receiving products or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. General Terms

• 1.1 All orders are processed based on the specifications provided at the time of purchase.

• 1.2 Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

1.3 Changes to orders must be submitted in writing before production begins.

2. Custom Work & Production

• 2.1 Custom work is governed by our Production Policy & Disclosure.

• 2.2 Approval of a quote, proof, or order constitutes acceptance of all production terms, including timelines, file requirements, and book‑handling policies.

2.3 Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

3. File Requirements

• 3.1 All artwork must be submitted in print‑ready format.

• 3.2 PDF is the preferred format and must be fully rendered before conversion.

• 3.3 Non–print‑ready files will incur a setup fee.

• 3.4 Additional File Guidelines  

Additional file‑submission requirements specific to certain products are provided in our website FAQ. These guidelines form part of these Master Service Terms and must be followed for all orders.

4. Payment Terms

• 4.1 A 50% deposit or full payment may be required before production begins.

• 4.2 Orders will not ship until payment is received in full.

4.3 Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Inspection

• 5.1 All shipments are sent to the confirmed address provided at the time of order.

• 5.2 Clients must inspect all packages immediately upon delivery.

5.3 If damage is found or suspected:

• Save all packaging

• Photograph the product and packaging

• Notify us within 3 business days

• 5.4 Claims may take 4–6 weeks to resolve.

• 5.5 We are not responsible for lost or missing deliveries; replacements require a new order until the carrier resolves the claim.

6. Returns & Restocking

• 6.1 No returns are accepted on custom products or items with custom text, imprinting, or graphics.

• 6.2 Defective hardware will be replaced with an equal or similar item.

• 6.3 A 25% restocking fee applies to distributor‑shipped products.

6.4 Returned items must be new and in original packaging.

7. Liability

7.1 imPhotoGraphics Design is not responsible for:

• Carrier damage

• Lost shipments

• Delayed deliveries

• Client‑supplied book condition

• Minor handling imperfections on client‑supplied books

7.2 These limitations apply to all orders, including custom work, standard products, and distributor‑shipped items.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, submitting payment, approving a quote or proof, or providing written approval (including email, message, or digital confirmation), you acknowledge and agree to these Master Service Terms and the Production Policy & Disclosure.
