Upon Delivery Inspections of All Packages and Products
NO returns accepted on custom displays and customized
products, including order with custom text, imprinting or graphics,
unless deemed damaged or defect due to delivery.
If defective hardware is found, we will offer a replacement of equal or similar item
- 25% restocking fee is assessed on products shipped directly from our distributors, includes but not limited to banner displays & hard cases. Returns MUST be NEW and in its original packaging. There will be no exceptions.
- Open and inspect all packages immediately upon delivery
- From time to time products can be damaged during delivery. We will work to ensure you get the quality display you ordered. If product damage is found or suspected:
- Save ALL packing materials.
- If possible take pictures of the damaged product and package.
- Notify us within 5 business days of delivery at 516-992-0680 or email us at info@imPhotoGraphics.com
- All shipments are sent via confirmed address submitted at time of order; please ensure there is someone to accept your packages. We are NOT responsible for lost of missing deliveries. We ship all packages insured, if you suspect your package is lost or missing we will do our best to file an investigation with the shipping company. But if you require an immediate replacement you will be charged as a new order. Once the investigation is complete and the shipping company has provided a payment for replacement, only then you will be credited back any additional payment.
- Because we have a limited time frame to file claims for shipping damages or lost items, if it is not reported to us within 5 business days of delivery, damages and lost items becomes the responsibility of the customer.
