artwork set up, sending artwork & payment

Please read the following important information

Art work set up:

  • Artwork and images should be a minimum of 150 dpi resolutions, RGB for display products, with the exception of table top banner stands will require 300 dpi resolution, RGB.
  • For printing services (business & postcards, wide-format, book printing) minimum of 300 dpi resolution, CMKY.  Please email us for business and postcard templates.
  • All graphic sizes for our display banner stands are indicated on our online site under the description noted: graphic size. We do NOT require bleed space, but we recommend leaving a minimum of 1 inch top and bottom of artwork without text (background color is ok)
  • Please remove all color palettes and guidelines.  Please rasterize your image,this will avoid any issues related to incorrect fonts.
  • Acceptable file formats include the following:

~ High Res Acrobat Portable Document Format (*.pdf) **preferred format**

~ Adobe Photoshop Image (*.psd) 

~ Adobe Illustrator Artwork (*.ai)
~ Encapsulate PostScript (*.esp)

~ Tagged Image File format (*.tif)
~ JPG Image Format (*.jpg)

  • Prices in our product catalogue are for "Sized & Ready To Print" images.  Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • An additional set up fee starting at $25.00 will be applied for artwork / images requiring resizing and/or resolution adjustments.

Sending us your files:

  • Once you have completed your order form online and your artwork is ready, please click on the below to send us your file.
  • Please name your file with your name or company name.
  • Your file size should not exceed 2GB
  • For multiple images please upload a compress (zipped) file format.  To create a compressed file on windows:  Right click on your mouse for images or FILE=>Send To=>Compressed (zipped) file format.  
  • If you have your own site, we are more than happy to retrieve the file from you.  Please just send us the login info and we will do the rest! 

Payment details:

  • A PayPal invoice will be sent once files have been reviewed and accepted for printing. We will begin printing only after payment has been received (PayPal e-checks will take 3-5 business days to clear).  Additional charges will be applied to cover shipping & handling costs.
  • PayPal allows for all types of credit card payments, even if you do not have a PayPal account.
