artwork set up, sending artwork & payment

Please read the following important information

Art work set up:

  • Artwork and images should be 300 dpi with a minimum of 150 dpi resolutions, RGB for all display products, with the exception of table top banner stands will require 300 dpi resolution, RGB.
  • For printing services (business & postcards, wide-format, book printing) minimum of 300 dpi resolution, CMKY
  • All poster print orders must be in .pdf format, at 300 dpi resolution, CMKY.  Additional fees will be applied if changes to files is required.
  • Please email us for business card, postcard, POP-Up display and Tension Fabric display templates.
  • All graphic sizes for our display banner stands are indicated on our products page denoted as graphic size. 
  • We do NOT require bleed space, but we recommend leaving a minimum of 1 inch top and bottom of artwork without text (background color is ok)
  • Please remove all color palettes and guidelinesPlease rasterize your image, this will avoid any issues related to incorrect fonts.
  • Acceptable file formats include the following:

~ High Res Acrobat Portable Document Format (*.pdf) - preferred format

~ Adobe Photoshop Image (*.psd) 

~ Adobe Illustrator Artwork (*.ai)
~ Encapsulate PostScript (*.esp)

~ Tagged Image File format (*.tif)
~ JPG Image Format (*.jpg)

  • Listed prices are for "Sized & Ready To Print" images.  Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • An additional set up fee starting at $25.00 will be applied for artwork / images requiring resizing and/or resolution adjustments.

Sending us your files:

  • Before sending us your files, please complete the order form online.  
  • We have two methods you can us to send us your files:
    •  Hightail
      • Your file size should not exceed 10GB for Hightail
      • Please name your file with your name or company name
    • via Dropbox, please send a link toinfo@imPhotoGraphics.com
      • Please name your file with your name or company name.
    • via Google drive
      • CREATE a folder with your name or company name and name your files the same or similar
      • SHARE the folder with info@imPhotoGraphics.com
      • Please name your file with your name or company name
  • For multiple images please upload a compress (zipped) file format. 
  • If you have your own site, we are more than happy to retrieve the file from you.  Send us the login info and we will do the rest! 
  • You will receive a confirmation email from OnlineOrders@imPhotoGraphics.com within 24 to 48 hours confirming your order.  If artwork has been received, we will also confirm if the artwork has been accepted for printing.  (Please add us to your address book, sometimes the email may end up in your junk or spam folder)

Payment details & policy:

  • A PayPal invoice will be sent (from email address: Invoice@imPhotoGraphics.com) once files have been reviewed and accepted for printing. 
  • We will begin printing only after payment has been received (PayPal e-checks will take 3-5 business days to clear).  Additional charges will be applied to cover shipping & handling costs.  (Please add us to your address book, sometimes the email may end up in your junk or spam folder)
  • PayPal allows for all types of credit card payments, even if you do not have a PayPal account.
Turnaround times:
  • Most display orders will take 1-2 business days for printing (depending on quantity) once payment has been received. Printing times are for  in-stock items only.
  • Shipping times will vary depending on destination (estimate based on ground shipping):
    • Northeast - 1-2 business days
    • Southeast : 2-3 business days, except Florida : 3-4 business days
    • Central : 2-3 business days
    • Midwest : 3-4 business days
    • West Coast : 4 - 5 business days
    • But of course we can express shipping at additional cost anytime!
  • Books, business & post cards turnaround time will take a approx 7 business days for printing, plus shipping time.  Rush service is available at additional cost.
